Thank you for visiting my personal Blog. I have been making cards and other forms of art work for about 8 years. My creative side only showed itself in my late 30's. I have a passion for anything to do with card making and paper. I enter my own world and never like to follow the rules. I will try anything and everything on my creations, I am crazy about flowers. They hold an innocence which can never be bought. Other interests include....... Parchment, Decoupage, Paint-crackling, Crochet and Knitting. I am a married to a wonderful man who supports me all the way and encourages me in what I love to do. We have been married for 19 years and we have one daughter. She is my world. Hi there,
Hope you all had a great weekend. I was a busy bee, doing my favorite pass time CRAFTING !!!!!!
One of the ladies who so kindly left a comment asked what products I use. So I am going to share some of my items that I use. Well I use anything from gift wrap to wall paper to off cuts of what ever I can find. I don't really buy any fancy scrap booking papers unless I am given them. I am all ways on the look out. I came across an interesting item the other day which I am now going to play around with. Our one stop has a great takeout coffee shop, they use a long plastic sticks to stir the coffee, its white so one can change the color, I though it would be great to make a fence or have flowers creeping along. I have also found that when using your spritz bottles spray them on a paper towel in an icebox , and after a time the paper towel can be used on your card. It has all the colors with the shine. Its great to use.
Old xray file is also great to use , drop it in neat jik and you have a clear plastic after wards great for butterfly's and Staron ink works well. Crafting does not have to break the bank. Children's chalk is great way to shade, just use hairspray to seal it. I buy a lot of white lace and just spray it the color I need. Glitter glue I buy the fine glitter in bulk using plain clear school glue I pour some into a small jar add the glue and glitter together and wow!!!!  you have a great product for painting your butterfly's or parts of the flowers on you project. Well I hope these tips help. Have a great week crafting.
